This was the first of many successful partnerships with Danny Rohrer, a local contractor who specializes in high-end residential remodeling. The clients desired a rich, dark-paneled treatment for their 1500 sq. ft. previously unfinished basement. The successful design had to work around existing structural and mechanical elements, but do so in a way that appeared natural and uncluttered.
Challenges included ceiling design, concealed openings, built-in appliances, and many electronic features. Most rewarding was the chance to put LCW’s stamp on an extensive, handsome residential build-out, marked at every turn by exacting details. Approximately a year after the completion of this project LCW was asked to return and complete a kitchen remodel.
